The St. Catharines Enterprise Centre (SCEC) is the first stop for new or existing business owners in the Niagara Region. They are conveniently located inside the hub for entrepreneurship at 1 St. Paul St., a place that fosters innovation.

In this office, a small but resourceful team of business advisors will assist you in all the stages of your business venture. From writing the business plan to accessing financing, hiring employees to growing your business, the SCEC can answer virtually any question on how to start and manage your small business. Some of the free services include:

The SCEC is part of a network of over 57 similar small business centres across the province called the Ontario Network of Entrepreneurs (ONE). Through a partnership between the City of St. Catharines and the Ministry of Economic Development, Employment & Infrastructure (MEDEI), the Enterprise Centre offers a wide range of services to entrepreneurs in the Niagara Region at no cost.
